3. How do I place an order?

After your order has been successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.


4. How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Currently, Fragrance Vault ships only within the United States.

International shipping may become available in the future.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • Original manufacturer seal intact
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

9. Can I return an opened perfume?

No.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

Exceptions may apply if the product arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

10. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Eligible products may still qualify for return according to our Return & Refund Policy.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

This is completely normal for all fragrance products.


17. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes.

After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details.

Once your order ships, you'll receive another email with your tracking information.


18. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update or cancel it.

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
