We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The fragrance is unopened and unused.
  • The original manufacturer seal remains intact.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • The product is in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

At this time, Fragrance Vault does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different fragrance, we recommend:

  1. Returning the eligible item according to this policy.
  2. Placing a new order for your preferred fragrance.

๐Ÿšซ Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled if your cancellation request is received before the order has been processed and shipped.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Eligible products may still qualify for return according to this Return & Refund Policy.

To maintain the quality of your fragrance, we recommend:

  • Store fragrances in a cool, dry place.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
  • Keep bottles tightly closed after use.
  • Avoid exposure to humidity and extreme temperatures.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, altered, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery.

Minor changes to packaging or bottle design made by the manufacturer do not qualify as product defects.
